Services
The assessment is the starting point. The starter pack is the natural next step, and the other two services can be requested on their own or in addition.
Safety assessment
A visit of about two hours, followed by a short, confidential report. The report ranks the risks by priority, proposes measures and estimates their cost. It also shows how far an industry safety solution, such as the SAD for the automotive trades, has been applied.
To complete: report delivery time
Starter pack
The written foundations of occupational safety:
- a safety policy, ready to sign and display
- an accident register and its procedure
- a training register and an annual programme
- an emergency procedure, with numbers and roles
- the link with existing quality or environmental systems
The safety contact person is supported in their first tasks. One deliverable is produced free of charge, so the work can be judged before any commitment.
Chemicals
Product inventory, review of safety data sheets and labelling, a storage plan that accounts for incompatibilities, instructions and protective equipment.
Advice and documentation are provided. The storage work itself remains with the company, and products to be disposed of go to a specialised firm.
Staff training
Short sessions on a specific risk, adapted to the workstations concerned.
To complete: examples of training topics
How an assignment runs
Every assignment starts with a first conversation. A written offer then sets out what is done, what is not and what remains with the company. The visit and the report follow. No paid work starts without an accepted quote.
Responsibility for occupational safety remains with the employer. Where a company must call on an MSST specialist (occupational physician, occupational hygienist, safety engineer or safety officer), it is referred to one.
